  1. Ensure access to your 2FA method:

    • Verify that you have access to the device or app generating the 2FA code (e.g., Google Authenticator App) 
  2. Sync time on your device:

    • For authenticator apps, ensure your device’s time is synced correctly with internet time settings. An incorrect time may cause invalid codes.
  3. Use backup options:

    • If available, use a backup code provided during 2FA setup to log in.
  4. Reset 2FA via support:

    • If you’ve lost access to your 2FA device or backup codes, contact Signit support at support@signit.sa. Provide account verification details to request a 2FA reset.
