How do I obtain additional credits if needed?

If you need to recharge your credit balance, please follow the detailed steps below:

Option 1: Steps to Recharge Your Credit Balance from your Signit account:
  • Log in to your account and click on the Settings button.
  • Navigate to the Plan and Billing page.

  1. Scroll down until you see the “Recharge” button and click it.

  • A pop-up will appear titled “Recharge Your Credit Balance.”

  • Select your preferred credit package and adjust the quantity as needed.

  • Review the payment details, including the total amount to be paid, and then click on Recharge Now

  • Complete your payment using one of the following methods:
    • Mada
    • Visa
    • Mastercard
    • American Express

What Happens Next?
  • Once your payment is confirmed, your credits will be added to your account immediately.
Option 2: Contact Your Account Manager:
If you prefer an alternative payment method:
  1. Reach out to your designated Account Manager.
  2. They will help you recharge your credit balance using your preferred payment option.
