- Log in to your account and click on the Settings button.
- Navigate to the Plan and Billing page.
- Scroll down until you see the “Recharge” button and click it.
- A pop-up will appear titled “Recharge Your Credit Balance.”
- Select your preferred credit package and adjust the quantity as needed.
- Review the payment details, including the total amount to be paid, and then click on Recharge Now.
- Complete your payment using one of the following methods:
- Mada
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- Once your payment is confirmed, your credits will be added to your account immediately.
- Reach out to your designated Account Manager.
- They will help you recharge your credit balance using your preferred payment option.
