Understanding the dashboard and navigation menu

Overview of the Signit Dashboard The Signit dashboard is user-friendly and provides quick access to all key features. The dashboard has the following sections:

 

  1. Features Menu.
  2. The dropdown to your account settings.
  3. Need help menu.
  4. Language button (to switch between Arabic and English).
  5. Upload document(s) button.
  6. Signature requests overview.
  7. New document button (another alternative to upload documents to start creating your signature request).
  8. Action Required and Recent status 
  9. Latest Document that has been sent and its status 

Top Menu

This section gives you an overall view of all features provided by Signit. It has the following:

  • Dashboard: which redirects to the main page.
  • Bulk Send: to prepare documents to send them in Bulk.
  • Documents: to see all the documents and their statuses, sort and filter them as needed.
  • Templates: to save your frequently-used documents as templates for future-use.
  • Contacts: to save your signers as contacts to retrieve their information when needed.
  • Settings :  to have access to your account settings, organization settings and plan and billing  
  • API: to have access to SignitAPI gateway and start integrating with your CRM or ERP systems.
  • Reports: Admins can gain detailed insights into their Signit account activities, including document statuses and user activity reports.
