How to customize advanced settings for a signature request Signit provides advanced options to enhance document management. Here’s how to configure them:
- Access advanced settings:
- In the Review and Send step, click on Advanced Settings.

- Enable or disable features:
- Transfer or Reject Options: Enable participants to transfer the document to another signer or reject the request if necessary.
- Print Permissions: Allow or restrict participants from printing the document before signing.
- Download Permissions: Allow or restrict participants from downloading the document before signing.
- Review Permissions: Allow or restrict participants from reviewing the document before signing, if an authontication option was chosen before.
- Completed Document Notifications: Option to send all participants a copy of the completed document.
- Content Extraction Protection: Allow or restrict participants from copying the content of the document.

- Reminders: Set automatic reminders to prompt participants to sign the document.
- Expiration: Set the document signing expiration date as desired and configure a reminder to be sent one day before the expiration.
