Sending requests with advanced options (reminders, download permissions, etc.)

How to customize advanced settings for a signature request Signit provides advanced options to enhance document management. Here’s how to configure them:

  1. Access advanced settings:
    • In the Review and Send step, click on Advanced Settings.
  1. Enable or disable features:
    • Transfer or Reject Options: Enable participants to transfer the document to another signer or reject the request if necessary.
    • Print Permissions: Allow or restrict participants from printing the document before signing.
    • Download Permissions: Allow or restrict participants from downloading the document before signing.
    • Review Permissions: Allow or restrict participants from reviewing the document before signing, if an authontication option was chosen before.

    • Completed Document Notifications: Option to send all participants a copy of the completed document.
    • Content Extraction Protection: Allow or restrict participants from copying the content of the document.
    • Reminders: Set automatic reminders to prompt participants to sign the document.

    • Expiration: Set the document signing expiration date as desired and configure a reminder to be sent one day before the expiration.

  1. Save and apply settings:
    • Review the advanced settings to ensure they align with your preferences.
    • Click Apply to save the changes.
