Resetting your password
Recovering or updating your password If you’ve forgotten your password or need to update it, follow these steps:
- Visit the login page: Go to https://app.signit.sa/en/sign-in.
- Select "Forgot your password?": This option is below the password field.
- Provide your email: Enter the email address associated with your Signit account.
- Check your inbox: You’ll receive an email from Signit with a link to reset your password.
- Click the reset link: Open the email and follow the link to the password reset page.
- Create a new password: Enter a strong new password and confirm it.
- Log in: Return to the login page and use your new password to access your account.
