Understanding document statuses and what they mean
Explanation of document lifecycle statuses Signit uses the following statuses to indicate the progress of a document:

Waiting on others:
- The document is waiting for one or more participants to take action (e.g., signing or approving).

Draft:
- The document has been created but not yet sent to participants.

Completed:
- All required participants have signed the document, and it is finalized.

Voided:
- The document has been canceled, and no further actions can be taken.

Expired:
- The document’s expiration date has passed without being signed or completed.

Declined:
- A participant has declined to sign the document, preventing further progress.
- Awaiting your action:
The document needs to be signed or approved by you to be completed.
