Resetting your password

Recovering or updating your password If you’ve forgotten your password or need to update it, follow these steps:

  • Visit the login page: Go to https://app.signit.sa/en/sign-in.
  • Select "Forgot your password?": This option is below the password field.
  • Provide your email: Enter the email address associated with your Signit account.
  • Check your inbox: You’ll receive an email from Signit with a link to reset your password.
  • Click the reset link: Open the email and follow the link to the password reset page.
  • Create a new password: Enter a strong new password and confirm it.
  • Log in: Return to the login page and use your new password to access your account.
