How to make fields required or optional

Setting field requirements Fields can be marked as required or optional, depending on the document’s needs. Here’s how to configure this:

  1. Select the field: Click on the field you want to configure.
  2. Open field properties: In the Field Properties menu, locate the Required checkbox.
  3. Toggle the setting:
    • Check the box to make the field required.
