How to view user activity (logins, document actions, etc.)

Steps to access and review user activity logs User activity reports in Signit provide insights into login activity, document interactions, and other key actions. Follow these steps to view user activity:

  1. Log in to your Signit account: Access your account at https://app.signit.sa.
  2. Navigate to the Reports section:
    • Click on Reports in the left-hand menu.
    • Select the Users Report tab.
  3. View activity details:
    • The activity log displays user actions next to each users' name and information, including:
      • Logins and logout timestamps.
      • The number of documents created, sent, signed, or completed.

  4. Apply filters:
    • Refine the log by specifying a date range, or activity type then press on apply.

Tip: Use the activity log to track team performance and ensure accountability.
