How to submit a support request

Steps to request assistance If you encounter an issue or need help that isn’t addressed in the help center, you can submit a support request directly through Signit. Here’s how:

  1. Access the help menu:

    • Click on the Help or Need Help icon in the dashboard.
    • Select Submit a Request from the menu.

  1. Fill in the support form:

    • Provide your name and email address (the email should match your Signit account).
    • Select the category of your issue (e.g., account access, document issues, etc.).
    • Add a detailed description of the problem you’re facing. Include screenshots if applicable.
  2. Submit the request:

    • Click Submit to send your request to the Signit support team.
    • You’ll receive an email confirmation with a ticket number to track the progress of your request.

The support team typically responds within one hour.
