How to submit a support request
Steps to request assistance If you encounter an issue or need help that isn’t addressed in the help center, you can submit a support request directly through Signit. Here’s how:

Access the help menu:
- Click on the Help or Need Help icon in the dashboard.
- Select Submit a Request from the menu.

Fill in the support form:
- Provide your name and email address (the email should match your Signit account).
- Select the category of your issue (e.g., account access, document issues, etc.).
- Add a detailed description of the problem you’re facing. Include screenshots if applicable.

Submit the request:
- Click Submit to send your request to the Signit support team.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation with a ticket number to track the progress of your request.
The support team typically responds within one hour.
