How to set the signing order for participants
Steps to define signing workflows Signit enables you to choose a sequential or parallel signing order based on your requirements:
- Add all participants: Complete the Add Participants step by entering all the required signers and their details.
- Enable workflow customization:
- Turn on the Signing Order toggle in the participant section.
- Turn on the Signing Order toggle in the participant section.
- Arrange the signing order:
- Drag and drop participants to arrange the desired signing sequence.
- For sequential workflows, the document will be sent to the next participant only after the previous signer completes their action.
- For parallel workflows, disable the signing order toggle to send the document to all participants simultaneously.
- Save and proceed: Ensure the order is correct before moving to the next step in the workflow.
Tip: Use saved workflows for recurring documents with predefined signing sequences.
