How to review and send a signature request

Steps to finalize and send a signature request Before sending your document for signing, ensure all details are accurate. Follow these steps:

  1. Prepare the document:
    • Upload the document(s), add participants, and customize fields as needed.
  2. Review participant details:
    • Verify the names, roles, and email addresses of all participants.
    • Confirm the signing order if using a sequential workflow.
  3. Preview the document:
    • Click Preview to ensure all fields are correctly placed and assigned to the right participants.
  4. Send the request:
    • Once everything is confirmed, click the Send button to deliver the document to participants.

Note: Participants will receive an email invitation to review and sign the document.
