How to review and send a signature request
Steps to finalize and send a signature request Before sending your document for signing, ensure all details are accurate. Follow these steps:
- Prepare the document:
- Upload the document(s), add participants, and customize fields as needed.
- Review participant details:
- Verify the names, roles, and email addresses of all participants.
- Confirm the signing order if using a sequential workflow.
- Preview the document:
- Click Preview to ensure all fields are correctly placed and assigned to the right participants.
- Send the request:
- Once everything is confirmed, click the Send button to deliver the document to participants.
Note: Participants will receive an email invitation to review and sign the document.
