How to print a completed document

Steps to print a signed document To print a completed document directly from Signit:

  1. Access the completed document:
    • Go to the Documents section and find the document with a Completed status.
  2. Download the document:
    • Click on the document and download it to your device.

  3. Open the file:
    • Use a PDF reader (e.g., Adobe Acrobat) to open the downloaded file.
  4. Print the document:
    • Click on the Print option in your PDF reader.
    • Select your printer and print settings, then click Print.

Note: Ensure the document’s formatting is preserved by using a high-quality printer.
