How to correct participant information (name, email, phone)

Steps to update participant details in a signature request If you’ve entered incorrect information for a participant, you can update it without restarting the workflow:

 

  1. Find the active document:
    • Go to the Documents section and select the relevant document.
  2. Edit participant details:
    • In the Participants tab, locate the participant whose details need correction.
    • Click Update next to their information.
  3. Update the information:
    • Correct the name and sending method. 
    • Save the changes.
  4. Notify the participant:
    • The participant will receive updated information and a new notification if necessary.

Note: Ensure all participant details are accurate to avoid delays in the signing process.
