How to correct participant information (name, email, phone)
Steps to update participant details in a signature request If you’ve entered incorrect information for a participant, you can update it without restarting the workflow:
- Find the active document:
- Go to the Documents section and select the relevant document.
- Go to the Documents section and select the relevant document.
- Edit participant details:
- In the Participants tab, locate the participant whose details need correction.
- Click Update next to their information.
- In the Participants tab, locate the participant whose details need correction.
- Update the information:
- Correct the name and sending method.
- Save the changes.
- Notify the participant:
- The participant will receive updated information and a new notification if necessary.
Note: Ensure all participant details are accurate to avoid delays in the signing process.
