Assigning fields to specific signers

Steps to link fields to participants Each field can be assigned to a specific signer to ensure the correct participant provides the required information:

  1. Place the field on the document: Drag and drop the desired field onto the document.
  2. Assign the field:
    • Click on the field and open the Field Properties menu.
    • Use the dropdown to select the participant the field should be assigned to.
  3. Repeat for additional fields: Assign all fields to their respective signers.

Tip: Assigned fields will guide participants to their specific sections during the signing process.
