This feature is only available for the paid plans.
You can do that by:
1. Go to the templates page from the side menu
2. Create a new template or select an existing template
3. Click on the template you want to share
4. Click on the option button for that template
5. Click on Share with team
6. Select the teams or the team member you want to share the template with
7. The document will be received in the shared with me folder in the templates page for the members the template is shared with
