Voiding a document cancels the signature request and prevents further actions. Here’s how to void a document:
- Access the document:
- Navigate to the Documents section and select the document you want to void.
- Navigate to the Documents section and select the document you want to void.
- Open the options menu:
- Click on the three dots located on the right side of the document.
- Select Void Document from the options.
- Provide a reason:
- Enter a reason for voiding the document (optional).
- This reason will be logged in the audit trail.
- Confirm the void action:
- Click on Void to cancel the document.
- All participants will be notified that the document has been voided.
- Click on Void to cancel the document.
Tip: Use the void option for errors or if the document is no longer needed.
