Voiding a document cancels the signature request and prevents further actions. Here’s how to void a document:

  1. Access the document:
    • Navigate to the Documents section and select the document you want to void.


  2. Open the options menu:
    • Click on the three dots located on the right side of the document.
    • Select Void Document from the options.

  3. Provide a reason:
    • Enter a reason for voiding the document (optional).
    • This reason will be logged in the audit trail.

  4. Confirm the void action:
    • Click on Void to cancel the document.

    • All participants will be notified that the document has been voided.

Tip: Use the void option for errors or if the document is no longer needed.
