Steps to notify Signit about system issues If you encounter a system error or bug, report it to Signit support for resolution. Here’s how:

- Take a screenshot or record the error message and note the steps you took before encountering the issue.
- Include details such as the browser, operating system, and device type.

Contact Signit support:
- Email support@signit.sa with the subject line “System Error/Bug Report”.
- Provide the following information:
- Description of the issue.
- Steps to reproduce the error.
- Screenshot or video of the issue.
- Time and date the issue occurred.

Follow up on the ticket:
- After submitting your report, you’ll receive a ticket number. Use this for updates on the resolution progress.
