How to remove a participant from a signature request
Steps to delete a participant from a workflow If you need to remove a participant from a signature request:
- Access the participant list:
- Navigate to the Add Participants section during the document preparation process.
- Locate the participant:
- Find the participant you wish to remove from the list.
- Click the remove icon:
- Click the X icon or the Remove button next to the participant’s name.
- Confirm the action:
- Confirm the removal to delete the participant from the signature request.
Note: If the document has already been sent, participants can only be removed by canceling the request and starting a new workflow.
