How to remove a participant from a signature request

Steps to delete a participant from a workflow If you need to remove a participant from a signature request:

  1. Access the participant list:
    • Navigate to the Add Participants section during the document preparation process.
  2. Locate the participant:
    • Find the participant you wish to remove from the list.
  3. Click the remove icon:
    • Click the X icon or the Remove button next to the participant’s name.
  4. Confirm the action
    • Confirm the removal to delete the participant from the signature request.

Note: If the document has already been sent, participants can only be removed by canceling the request and starting a new workflow.
