How to download completed documents

Steps to download finalized documents Once a document is fully signed and completed, you can download it for your records. Follow these steps:

  1. Locate the completed document:
    • Log in to your account and navigate to the Documents section.

    • Use filters or the search bar to find the document marked as Completed.

  2. Download the document:
    • Click on the three dots located on the right side of the document then select the Download button.

    • Choose whether to download the document only, the audit trail, or both combined in a single file then press download. 

  3. Save the file:
    • The document will be downloaded to your device. Save it in your desired folder for future access.

Tip: Keep a backup of completed documents for legal or compliance purposes.
