How to download completed documents
Steps to download finalized documents Once a document is fully signed and completed, you can download it for your records. Follow these steps:
- Locate the completed document:
- Log in to your account and navigate to the Documents section.
- Use filters or the search bar to find the document marked as Completed.
- Log in to your account and navigate to the Documents section.
- Download the document:
- Click on the three dots located on the right side of the document then select the Download button.
- Choose whether to download the document only, the audit trail, or both combined in a single file then press download.
- Click on the three dots located on the right side of the document then select the Download button.
- Save the file:
- The document will be downloaded to your device. Save it in your desired folder for future access.
Tip: Keep a backup of completed documents for legal or compliance purposes.
