How to deactivate or delete users
Steps to manage user accounts If a user no longer needs access to your organization, you can deactivate or delete their account. Here’s how:

Log in to your account: Ensure you’re logged in as the account holder or an admin.

Access user management:
- Go to the Settings section from your profile menu.
- Navigate to Organization setting then go User .

Locate the user:
- Search for or scroll to the user you want to deactivate or delete.

Choose an action:
- To remove the user click on 3 dots menu and click on Remove User
- To remove the user click on 3 dots menu and click on Remove User

Confirm the action:
- For deletion, the user will be permanently removed, and their access cannot be restored
