How to deactivate or delete users

Steps to manage user accounts If a user no longer needs access to your organization, you can deactivate or delete their account. Here’s how:

  1. Log in to your account: Ensure you’re logged in as the account holder or an admin.

  2. Access user management:

    • Go to the Settings section from your profile menu.
    • Navigate to Organization setting then go User .
  3. Locate the user:

    • Search for or scroll to the user you want to deactivate or delete.
  4. Choose an action:

    • To remove the user click on 3 dots menu and click on Remove User

  5. Confirm the action:

    • For deletion, the user will be permanently removed, and their access cannot be restored
