How to create a custom signature

Steps to set up your personalized signature Creating a custom signature in Signit allows you to add a unique, professional touch to your documents. Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Signit account: Access your account at https://app.signit.sa.
  2. Navigate to settings:
    • Click on My Account and select My Signatures
  3. Create a new signature:
    • Click on Add Signature.
    • Choose one of the following options:
      • Draw: Use your mouse or touchpad to draw your signature.
      • Upload File: Upload a scanned image of your handwritten signature (PNG or JPEG format recommended).
  1. Preview and save:
    • Review your signature in the preview section.
    • Click Save to store your custom signature for future use.

Tip: You can set a default signature for quicker document preparation.
