How to create a custom signature
Steps to set up your personalized signature Creating a custom signature in Signit allows you to add a unique, professional touch to your documents. Follow these steps:
- Log in to your Signit account: Access your account at https://app.signit.sa.
- Navigate to settings:
- Click on My Account and select My Signatures
- Click on My Account and select My Signatures
- Create a new signature:
- Click on Add Signature.
- Choose one of the following options:
- Draw: Use your mouse or touchpad to draw your signature.
- Click on Add Signature.

- Upload File: Upload a scanned image of your handwritten signature (PNG or JPEG format recommended).

- Preview and save:
- Review your signature in the preview section.
- Click Save to store your custom signature for future use.
Tip: You can set a default signature for quicker document preparation.
