# Tracking and managing bulk send requests

## Steps to monitor and handle bulk requests After sending a bulk signature request, you can track its progress and manage responses:

1. **Navigate to the bulk send dashboard**: 
     - Log in to your account and click on **Bulk Send** in the menu.

2. **View request details**

1. - Locate the bulk send request you want to track.

     - View recipient statuses, such as waiting on others, completed, or incomplete.

2. **Send reminders**: 
     - Select specific recipients who haven’t signed and send them a reminder notification.
