# How to contact support for API issues

## Steps to escalate API-related problems to Signit support If you’re unable to resolve an API issue, reach out to Signit support for assistance. Here’s how:

1. **Prepare issue details**:
   
     - Gather the following information: 
           - API key (do not share it publicly but include it securely with Signit support).
           - Endpoint URL and request payload.
           - Response codes and error messages received.
           - Timestamp of the failed request.
2. **Contact Signit support**:
   
     - Email the support team at **support@signit.sa** with the issue details.
     - Use the subject line **“API Issue - \[Brief Description\]”** for faster response.
3. **Follow up on the ticket**:
   
     - After submitting your issue, you’ll receive a ticket number. Use this for future correspondence to track your request.
