Steps to access and save the audit trail The audit trail provides a complete history of all actions performed on a document. Here’s how to download it:
1. Find the document:

- Select the document for which you need the audit trail.

2. View the audit trail:

- Open the document’s details page and click Audit Trail.
- Review the log of actions, including timestamps, participant actions, and updates.
- Scroll down and then click Download to save the audit trail.
- Save the file to your device for documentation or compliance purposes.
