When sending a signature request, you can include a custom message to provide additional context:
- Go to the message section:
- In the Review and Send step, locate the Message to Signers field.
- In the Review and Send step, locate the Message to Signers field.
- Write your message:
- Add a personalized subject line and message body to explain the document’s purpose or provide specific instructions.
- Example: “Please review and sign the attached agreement by [date]. Feel free to reach out with any questions.”
- Send the request:
- Once the message is finalized, click Send & Finish to deliver the document and message to participants.
