When sending a signature request, you can include a custom message to provide additional context:

  1. Go to the message section:
    • In the Review and Send step, locate the Message to Signers field.
  2. Write your message:
    • Add a personalized subject line and message body to explain the document’s purpose or provide specific instructions.
    • Example: “Please review and sign the attached agreement by [date]. Feel free to reach out with any questions.”
  3. Send the request:
    • Once the message is finalized, click Send & Finish to deliver the document and message to participants.

Tip: A well-crafted message improves clarity and ensures timely responses from signers.
