Correcting participant information (email or phone number)
Steps to update participant details If a participant’s email or phone number is incorrect, you can update their details without canceling the signature request:
- Find the document:
- Go to the Documents section and select the relevant document.

- Edit participant details:
- Open the document’s details and go to the Participants tab.
- Locate the participant whose information needs correction.
- Open the document’s details and go to the Participants tab.

- Click Update next to their name or contact details.

- Update the information:
- Enter the correct email address or phone number.
- Click on Update to save the changes.
- Notify the participant:
- The participant will receive a new notification at the updated email or phone number.
