Correcting participant information (email or phone number)

Steps to update participant details If a participant’s email or phone number is incorrect, you can update their details without canceling the signature request:

  1. Find the document:
    • Go to the Documents section and select the relevant document.

  2. Edit participant details:
    • Open the document’s details and go to the Participants tab.

    • Locate the participant whose information needs correction.
    • Click Update next to their name or contact details.

  1. Update the information:
    • Enter the correct email address or phone number.
    • Click on Update to save the changes.

  2. Notify the participant:
    • The participant will receive a new notification at the updated email or phone number.

Note: Ensure corrections are made promptly to avoid delays in the signing process.
